Please join us at September’s Board of Directors meeting via Zoom. We value your input and anyone is welcome to join! Zoom link will be posted closer to the meeting date.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just looking for a great day on the course, golfers of ALL SKILL LEVELS are welcome! We are accepting groups of four or less. Don’t have a group to golf with? No problem! Register as an individual and we’ll pair you with a team!

Golfing will take place at Bay Valley Resort (2470 Old Bridge Rd, Bay City, MI 48706). Please arrive by 8:30 AM for check-in and driving range use.
All proceeds benefit the MSRT Scholarship Fund, helping support the next generation of Medical Imaging professionals through educational scholarships.

We are excited to announce our 2026 Annual Meeting & Educational Conference, taking place September 24–25 at the Doubletree Riverfront Hotel in Bay City, Michigan.
Join us as Michigan’s fall colors begin to show their beauty. This year’s conference will offer 12 continuing education credits over two days, along with our Past President’s Banquet and the installation of officers on Thursday evening.
Our Annual Scholarship Golf Outing will be held on Wednesday, September 23—a great way to support student scholarships and enjoy time with colleagues. More information coming soon!

Our Michigan Affiliate Delegates (Rachel Ward-Nowak and Melissa Hibbert) traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico to attend the annual ASRT House of Delegates Meeting and Educational Symposium from June 24-29. Student to Leadership Development Program selectees (Arizona Cray, Jordan Callan, and Zoe Jones) also had to opportunity to attend this amazing event. They all had a wonderful time networking, learning, and gaining insight to different parts of our profession. The students left very excited to start their careers in Medical Imaging! Thank you all for representing Michigan!
